In the holy month of Ramadan, every creature is showered with endless blessings and sumptuous bounties of the almighty Allah SWT. Fasting is a way of experiencing hunger and developing sympathy for the less fortunate and for thankfulness and appreciation of Allah's bounties. Through Alamgir Welfare Trust International, Muslims provide Iftar and food boxes to their less fortunate and needy brethren.

Aftar boxes are distributed in various places. These include busy roads, highways, jails, hospital, orphanages and madarsah. Also the traffic police constables responsible for maintaining the traffic during Ramadan are specially provided with these boxes. In Ramadan due to the donors aid Alamgir Welfare Trust makes thousands of Aftar boxes by just charging a mere amount of Rs. N/A per Box. This little amount is charged because most of the brands supply us with their products at a subsidize rate

In the month of Ramadan Alamgir Welfare Trust provides Aftar to around 5000 people. The iftar boxes are not only beautiful but also consist of fresh and delicious food. Special care is taken that all food is fresh.

We, at Alamgir Welfare Trust realized the importance and immense need of Educating our nation. The Society, we are living in is deprived of even basic facilities of food, cloth and shelter. To educate the children, is a luxury in these quarters of the society. AWT stepped in to rescue the future of our nation.

Not only school course books are provided free of cost but the fee of intelligent students is granted for the whole academic year. The hundreds of needy students are being benefited with school fee program of the trust. With the extension of our services, our education activities have also increased. Now not only school but colleges going students are being granted the scholarship.

More over, in some special circumstances, students seeking higher education are also given aid to carry on their education.

Islam is a religion of peace, tranquility, cooperation and brotherhood. Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) spent his whole life helping the poor and the needy. And instructed his followers to do the same, following the teachings of our beloved Prophet (P.B.U.H) the Alamgir Welfare Trust with the assistance of donors is looking after the needs of thousands of families, widows and orphans. For such people every month basic commodities (ration) are provided by Alamgir Welfare Trust.
